A NEW REGISTRATION CONCEPT

It started with an archaic and overly-complicated registration flow. It ended with a mobile-first design that is fully configurable yet intuitive, captures more users and more user information, and features a robust registration management tool.

Senior Product Manager at Neon One

2016-PRESENT

Designed and maintained the product roadmap, which included such flagship projects as a full-featured payment processing system with 20+ integrations and dozens of industry-leading features; and a comprehensive identity management system that manages 5 million users.

Product Owner at Neon One

Led design, development, and launch of 150+ features and product initiatives, and managed thousands of features, tasks, and bug tickets. Implemented agile processes that enabled engineers to iterate efficiently and happily. Wrote and designed product marketing materials for dozens of product launches and email marketing campaigns.

2014-PRESENT

UI/UX Designer at Neon One

2005-2014

Designed hundreds of UX/UI interfaces, onboarded 200+ customers, designed and launched 250+ customer websites, and wrote and maintained Rallybound's knowledge base, which boasts 650+ articles.

Graphic Designer

Designed materials for hundreds of clients, including for brochures, flyers, booklets, mailers, typesetting books, UX/UI design, and more.
